absolutely underwhelming experience. the moldy smell made me question my sanity, while the ancient alarm clock could barely wake me up. requested an upgrade for my special stay and got nothing in return, not even a sliver of courtesy. if only they prioritized comfort over cramped parking views, maybe I could have left a glowing review.

Great room with a separate bedroom and two bathrooms. I really loved the good kitchen. The swimming pool was enjoyable, and it’s close to the A1 airport bus stop.

Consider requesting a room with a road view for excellent natural light and a pleasant morning atmosphere.

The stay at Al Manzel Hotel was comfortable overall. The Deluxe Studio Suite was spacious and equipped with modern amenities like a kitchen and washing machine, perfect for my 18-night stay. Easy access to Abu Dhabi Mall and nearby eateries made it convenient. Hashim at the lobby was particularly helpful and attentive. Although the housekeeping could improve, as I noticed some inconsistent cleaning standards. A more thorough cleaning would elevate the experience. The breakfast spread was enjoyable, and my kid liked it. I faced initial phone issues, which were resolved promptly but could have been avoided with better routine checks. Generally, a pleasant stay with room for enhancements.

the bathroom was a bit outdated,, but the rooms are huge with a well-equipped kitchen. staff were super nice and welcoming. got an upgrade to a room ready two hours before check-in. breakfast options were good! 🍳😊

Family-friendly spot for a comfortable stay

During our stay, the staff were exceptionally friendly, especially Ms. Katherine—she gave us perfect details about the hotel. Plus, the kitchen setup with all the utensils and a washing machine made our life so much easier, especially with the kids.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but the level of service and comfort made it acceptable.

rooms were good size and met my expectations. chose the place since it was close to my client's place. breakfast was a good spread and my kid liked it, so cannot complain. also loved that they had every basic thing we needed, like cutlery and a washing machine. handy location too, with lots of supermarkets around.

the bathroom size was a bit on the smaller side but can't complain really. also, the cleaning standards could be improved somewhat.

staying at al manzel was a delight! the location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and the beautiful temperature-controlled outdoor swimming pool is a real bonus. I was especially impressed by the staff. they provided outstanding hospitality and were always ready to help with anything i needed.

I was really impressed with the amount of space in the Deluxe Studio Suite and how well-equipped it was, from the kitchen to the comfy living area. The rooftop pool was a perfect spot to chill, and I loved the outdoor swimming pool for a refreshing swim in the evenings. Although the cleaning service could be a bit more thorough at times, it didn't stop me from enjoying my stay. 😊
